At Cargo E Bike for Sale, we want your family to ride with confidence and joy. If your new cargo bicycle doesn't perfectly suit your lifestyle, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble the e-bike and secure it in its original heavy-duty packaging to prevent any structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once packed, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the bicycle from your residence at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the bike for wear and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
