How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Depending on the terrain, weight load, and pedal-assist level, you can expect a range of 35 to 60 miles per charge. Our high-capacity lithium-ion batteries are fully removable for convenient charging.
Are your family e-bikes safe for transporting children?
Absolutely. Safety is our priority. Our bikes feature integrated rear racks compatible with child seats, sturdy double-kickstands for stability during loading, and high-performance hydraulic disc brakes for reliable stopping power.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. We provide comprehensive video tutorials and all necessary tools to complete the final steps, or you can opt for professional assembly through our local bike shop partners.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 2-year limited warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on all electrical components, including the motor, battery, and display, protecting you against any manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy for e-bikes?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the bike in its original packaging and condition. Please note that a restocking fee and shipping costs may apply.
